Our belief

We don't try to change the person. We understand what the behaviour is telling us, and support the change from there. The Positive Behaviour Support approach

What we do

Four clear services.

Assessment

Functional assessment and PBS plans

We find the root causes, then build a support plan with the people around the person.

Schools

Whole-school and whole-class support

Helping staff read behaviour as communication and respond consistently.

Training

Training, webinars and CPD

Developed and delivered for your setting, from single sessions to full programmes.

Consultancy

Ongoing support and collaboration

Continuing guidance, working alongside OT, SLT and other services.

Our approach

How it works.

1

Understand

Read what the behaviour is communicating.

2

Find the causes

Assess the factors underneath it.

3

Plan together

Build strategies with family, school and services.

4

Lasting change

Needs are met, so the behaviour eases.
